Just between you and me...
Polly Sonic is my nom de plume*. I'm a multi-disciplinary artist and graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design. My paintings and sculptures are contemplations on the hand-made arts, nature, solitude, wonder, love and longing. I re-spirit natural and reclaimed materials into wistful ruminations and objects of affection. I look for the divine hidden in our every day chores and joys. I'm ever inquiring into this endless mystery of human creativity.
I work in an attic studio near the sea in New Haven, Connecticut, and sometimes from a pond-side cabin on a zen farm in the remote woods of central New York.
